Please find the lab you would like, and once you check out, the lab slip will be emailed to you, and/or the test kit will be mailed directly to you with the instructions on how to complete it. The lab results will be emailed to both you and Dr. Jeanne. We will then reach out to you to book an appointment with Dr. Jeanne to go over the results and protocol recommendations.
